Job Description:

EarlyJobs is hiring SEO Experts who are passionate about driving organic growth. You’ll take ownership of our search engine presence and lead initiatives to improve traffic, visibility, and rankings across multiple properties. If you're obsessed with SERPs, technical audits, and content optimization, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and GSC
• Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and internal links
• Execute backlink-building strategies with high-quality domains
• Improve website performance including Core Web Vitals and mobile-friendliness
• Conduct SEO audits and fix indexing, crawling, and technical issues
• Track performance via Google Analytics and Search Console
• Collaborate with content creators to align articles with SEO strategy
• Monitor and report on SEO KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements
• Implement schema markup, sitemaps, redirects, and canonical tags

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and how SEO impacts site structure
• Experience in traffic analysis, keyword trends, and conversion funnels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Passion for staying up to date with search algorithm changes and SEO best practices
