Job Description:

EarlyJobs is seeking highly motivated Brand Managers (Corporate Relations) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand growth through strategic B2B outreach, establishing corporate partnerships, and strengthening our positioning in the HRTech and recruitment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute brand-building strategies for B2B audiences
• Onboard new companies as hiring partners and maintain relationships
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations for campaign execution
• Attend and represent EarlyJobs in events, panels, webinars, and career expos
• Track performance metrics like corporate engagement, outreach, and satisfaction
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across platforms and communications
• Contribute to the growth of EarlyJobs’ brand visibility across India’s startup and hiring ecosystem

Candidate Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in B2B partnerships, branding, or corporate sales
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in SaaS, HRTech, or staffing domains is a plus
• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and presentation abilities
