Job Description:

EarlyJobs is hiring AI Developers to build intelligent recruitment tools and enhance our talent discovery engine. As part of the core technology team, you will develop ML models for resume parsing, behavioral analysis, and job-matching algorithms. You’ll work with real-world hiring data to create fair, scalable, and high-performance systems that reshape the future of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for job-candidate matchmaking
• Build NLP-based tools for resume parsing, skill extraction, and behavior prediction
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to integrate AI into core workflows
• Work on structured/unstructured datasets including CVs, job descriptions, and assessments
• Implement and monitor model performance, fairness, and user relevance
• Stay current on advancements in generative AI, large language models, and HRTech tools

Candidate Requirements:

• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, or data science roles
• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face
• Strong understanding of model deployment, performance optimization, and explainability
• Good knowledge of data pipelines, experimentation, and version control
• Experience with hiring-related datasets is a bonus
• Curious, problem-solving mindset with a passion for automation and innovation
