Job Description:

EarlyJobs is looking for dynamic and well-connected students or recent graduates to join our team as Campus Connectors. You’ll act as the primary representative of EarlyJobs within your college campus, promoting our job opportunities, internship drives, and HR training programs to fellow students.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership, marketing, and networking skills while working closely with one of India’s fastest-growing early-career recruitment platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent EarlyJobs on your campus and build strong student engagement
• Promote internships, HR courses, and job openings through peer networks and social media
• Coordinate with college placement cells and student societies to host EarlyJobs sessions
• Lead outreach campaigns and collect student feedback to improve offerings
• Recruit student ambassadors and drive platform signups
• Submit weekly activity reports to the operations team
