Description

Job Purpose:

The Manuals Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end creation, maintenance, and release of technical documentation including Spare Parts Manuals, Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&M), and engineering documentation for concrete pumps, boom pumps, and stationary boom placers. The role ensures all manuals are accurate, standardized, and released before machine dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create Spare Parts Manuals, exploded views, assembly drawings, and parts lists
• Develop Operation & Maintenance Manuals including specifications, safety guidelines, troubleshooting, and maintenance schedules
• Create and manage 3D assemblies using CAD tools like Solid Edge
• Generate 2D illustrations, callouts, and annotations for manuals
• Prepare installation, erection, and commissioning manuals
• Ensure documentation aligns with production designs and safety standards

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Maintain engineering documentation and process maps
• Update manuals based on ECNs, product improvements, and field feedback
• Support new product documentation from concept stage

Working Conditions

• Based at Pune Head Office
• Occasional travel to Goa factory
• Regular coordination with design and production teams
