About the Role

As a Growth Intern in the Founder’s Office, you will work directly with the founding team on high-impact projects related to client acquisition, market expansion, and organizational research. This role offers a front-row seat to startup leadership, giving you exposure to strategic decision-making, business development, and product-market fit journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on high-growth sectors and client needs
• Support organizational research to identify potential enterprise clients
• Assist in B2B outreach and onboarding of companies
• Draft partnership proposals and GTM strategies
• Collaborate across teams to improve onboarding experiences
• Track revenue and client engagement metrics
• Represent EarlyJobs in meetings and hiring events

Who Should Apply

• Final-year students or recent graduates (MBA/BBA preferred)
• 0–1 years of experience in growth, BD, or recruitment
• Strong communication and research skills
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Passion for solving hiring challenges in a fast-paced startup environment
