Role Overview

As a Growth Intern – College Onboarding, you will be responsible for onboarding colleges and educational institutions onto the EarlyJobs ecosystem.

This is a field + execution-driven role, focused on activating placement cells, student pipelines, and institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach colleges, universities, and training institutes
• Coordinate with placement officers and college management teams
• Onboard institutions onto the EarlyJobs platform
• Enable student registration and activate internship/job opportunities
• Conduct onboarding calls and virtual orientation sessions
• Track active colleges and student engagement metrics
• Support campus hiring drives and placement campaigns
• Collaborate with internal growth and operations teams

Skills & Requirements

• Final-year students or fresh graduates preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable with outreach, calls, and follow-ups
• Interest in education partnerships and the youth hiring ecosystem
• Basic understanding of placements and internships (preferred)
• Self-driven, execution-focused mindset
• Laptop and stable internet connection mandatory
