Job Description:

Genius Labs is seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our in-house design team. This is a full-time work-from-office opportunity tailored for individuals who are passionate about visual storytelling and have a strong understanding of design principles.

As a graphics designer, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visuals for both digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, branding, and product development to deliver engaging content that aligns with the company's vision and objectives. Candidates must have prior hands-on experience and an excellent creative portfolio to demonstrate their expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visual assets including banners, brochures, social media creatives, logos, and infographics.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize campaigns and design elements.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other graphic materials.
• Maintain consistency in visual language across all channels.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
• Good sense of typography, color theory, and layout
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate (preferred), but not mandatory if skill and portfolio are strong
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic designing
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory

• Must be comfortable working full-time from the office
• Must fall within the age group of 18 to 30 years
