Job Description:

EarlyJobs is hiring Full Stack Developers to join our core engineering team. You’ll contribute to the development of scalable web applications that power our recruitment, operations, and placement ecosystem. This role is ideal for developers with a passion for end-to-end product development—from designing frontend interfaces to building robust backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build responsive and user-friendly web UIs using React, Next.js, or Vue
• Design scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Express, or Django
• Integrate third-party tools (e.g., Razorpay, Notion, Webhooks, etc.)
• Work closely with product and design teams to roll out new features
• Write secure, maintainable, and testable code across the stack
• Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through reviews and CI/CD practices
• Troubleshoot bugs, conduct testing, and maintain detailed documentation
• Deploy applications using Docker, AWS, GCP, or similar platforms

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong coding skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with MERN stack or equivalent full-stack frameworks
• Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Understanding of cloud deployment, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker)
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced startup environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
