Job Description:
EarlyJobs is hiring energetic and entrepreneurial professionals to join us as Franchise Managers. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about business expansion, operations, and leadership.
As a Franchise Manager, you will play a critical role in onboarding, supporting, and growing EarlyJobs franchise partners in your assigned city or region. This is a full-time remote opportunity with frequent travel and active collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and close franchise partnership opportunities in your region
- Onboard and train new franchisees on EarlyJobs’ SOPs, branding, and business model
- Act as a key POC for franchise operations, compliance, and performance metrics
- Drive monthly targets and provide strategic support to ensure profitability
- Assist franchisees in local hiring drives, outreach programs, and community engagement
- Analyze weekly/monthly KPIs, create performance reports, and optimize franchise performance
- Ensure quality control and adherence to operational guidelines across assigned franchises
Candidate Profile:
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or regional sales
- Strong communication, leadership, and execution capabilities
- Familiarity with the recruitment, staffing, or edtech sector is an advantage
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations
- Must be self-driven and capable of working independently
