Description

Job Purpose:

The Engineer – Concrete Line / Boom Pumps will be responsible for service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of concrete pumps, ensuring high machine uptime and customer satisfaction through efficient on-site and remote support.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Maintenance:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of line pumps and boom pumps
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Handle major repairs and overhauls to maintain equipment efficiency

Customer Support:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
• Resolve complaints and ensure quick turnaround time
• Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety

Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and service protocols

Spare Parts Management:

• Coordinate with stores for availability of spare parts
• Track usage and recommend stock levels

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
• Share feedback with design and manufacturing teams
