EarlyJobs is hiring creative and passionate Content Creators to help tell powerful stories, engage a young professional audience, and build the EarlyJobs brand across multiple digital channels. If you’re someone who thrives on writing, reels, and the latest content trends, this is your chance to be a key part of our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling blogs, social media posts, case studies, emails, and scripts
• Ideate and develop short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Collaborate with the design team for visual storytelling
• Write LinkedIn posts and employer branding articles
• Research and draft thought leadership content for founders and partners
• Optimize content for SEO and user engagement
• Stay updated with trends in content marketing and Gen-Z engagement
• Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across platforms

Skills Required:

• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Hands-on with Canva, InShot, CapCut, or other video tools
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and publishing tools (WordPress, LinkedIn, etc.)
• A keen understanding of social media culture and formats
• Passion for startups, career growth, and early-career content
• Prior internship or freelance content experience is a bonus
