Software Architect (.NET)

Responsibilities - Define and evolve the technical architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. - Lead the design and implementation of core software components and systems within the .NET ecosystem. - Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns across development teams. - Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineers and development teams. - Conduct architectural and code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to established standards. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance system capabilities and performance. - Collaborate with product management, engineering leads, and other stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges and system bottlenecks. - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design specifications. Requirements - Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level software systems. - Deep expertise in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET). - Strong command of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native architectural patterns. - Extensive experience with various architectural styles (e.g., microservices, event-driven, serverless, monolithic). - Proficient in database technologies, including relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases. - Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other integration patterns. - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing strategies. - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Solid grasp of security best practices, performance optimization techniques, and scalable system design. - Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a dedicated software architect role. - Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, influence decisions, and drive consensus among diverse teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
