Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in Ruby on Rails and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications, from conception to production, while working in collaborative Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Build, integrate, and consume RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and SASS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Work on database design, optimization, and management with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Mongoid.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications on servers such as AWS, DigitalOcean, Apache, and Nginx.
• Implement automated testing frameworks (RSpec, Cucumber) to maintain code quality.
• Handle deployment, server setup, and continuous integration using GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails framework.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Mongoid.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, SASS.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms and servers: AWS, DigitalOcean, Heroku, Apache, Nginx.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of TDD/BDD practices using RSpec and Cucumber.
• Experience with version control systems: GitHub, Bitbucket.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Good to Have

• Experience with data scraping and third-party API integration.
• Knowledge of CRM or SaaS-based product development.
• Exposure to high-traffic, scalable applications.
