Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with 7–10 years of experience to drive innovative solutions in data processing, automation, and generative AI applications. The ideal candidate will focus on prompt engineering, leverage AWS services, and lead complex automation projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy Python scripts using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, OpenCV, and regex.
- Extract and process data from unstructured sources, including editable/scanned PDFs, images, XML, SGML, and text files.
- Apply computer vision techniques and manage SQL/PostgreSQL databases for analytics and automation.
- Build effective prompts for generative AI and LLM models to optimize results.
- Work with LLM APIs through AWS services (Anthropic Claude 3+, Sonnet LLM via AWS Bedrock) and GPT-4+ via Azure.
- Lead complex automation projects improving data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
- Maintain thorough documentation, including code comments, technical specifications, and architectural diagrams.
- Plan and implement cloud architecture solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to quality standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in Python development, focusing on prompt engineering and LLMs using AWS.
- Strong Python programming skills, with expertise in generative AI and prompt engineering.
- In-depth understanding of AWS services and deployment best practices.
- Hands-on experience with complex automation, debugging, and scalable architecture design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of additional programming languages such as JavaScript or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Exposure to cloud-based AI/ML deployments and LLM integrations.
