UI/UX Designer (Mid to Senior Level)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3–6 years of experience to join our product team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital interfaces. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for websites and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into seamless user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI components.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Advocate for design best practices and a user-first approach across the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience designing for web, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and responsive layouts.
• Familiarity with tools for user research and testing (e.g., Maze, Hotjar, UsabilityHub).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work and design thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Background in HCI, design thinking, or interaction design.
