Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. As a key team member, you'll work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Manage application deployments and monitor performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and working with web services.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
