Flutter Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for building multi-platform applications for Android and iOS using Google’s Flutter development framework. Your primary focus will be developing user-friendly, high-performance, and visually appealing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced mobile applications using Flutter.
• Translate UI/UX designs into working applications.
• Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define and implement app features.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct peer code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Flutter development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Solid understanding of OOP principles, mobile development lifecycle, and architecture patterns like BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod.
• Experience with Git, Firebase, and platform-specific development (Android/iOS).
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming and networking in Flutter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools for mobile (e.g., Codemagic, Bitrise).
• Familiarity with app performance monitoring tools.
• Understanding of animations, UI/UX principles, and accessibility standards.
