About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation with 12–15 years of proven expertise in technology consulting, IT transformation, and strategic advisory. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in NBFC and financial services modernization, coupled with in-depth knowledge of RBI guidelines, IT audits, and governance frameworks. The selected candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to define, guide, and execute technology roadmaps that align with evolving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology strategy and digital transformation roadmaps for NBFCs and financial institutions.
• Partner with leadership teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead large-scale IT modernization programs, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
• Provide advisory on data governance, IT audits, cybersecurity, and risk management frameworks.
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance digital competitiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of transformation projects.
• Monitor and measure business outcomes of implemented solutions, driving continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 12–15 years in IT consulting, digital transformation, or technology strategy.
• Proven expertise in advising NBFCs or financial institutions on technology modernization.
• Strong understanding of RBI regulations, IT audits, and data governance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client advisory skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Compensation

• ₹33.90 LPA (12–13 Years)
• ₹36.95 LPA (13–14 Years)
• ₹38.80 LPA (14–15 Years)
