Job Description:

We are hiring for the role of Oracle SCM Functional Consultant for our client Genpact. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals who possess deep expertise in Oracle EBS and Order Management. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications, particularly within the Oracle EBS environment.

You will play a critical role in translating business requirements into Oracle-based functional solutions, ensuring seamless integration of systems, and providing post-implementation support. Candidates must have strong knowledge of Oracle SCM and Order Management modules, and a solid understanding of supply chain and order-to-cash processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and develop Oracle EBS SCM/OM functional solutions
• Configure and implement Oracle EBS modules: Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping Execution
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and interfaces
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement functional designs
• Execute system testing, integration testing, and support UAT
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and migration activities
• Document processes, configurations, and user manuals
• Stay updated with Oracle EBS enhancements and updates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS SCM and OM modules
• Total experience of 10+ years in related roles
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data troubleshooting and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred
• Must not be currently located in Hyderabad
• Prior experience with full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations is a plus
• Good interpersonal and analytical problem-solving skills
