Position Summary

The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and coordinating with internal sales and credit teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Explain vehicle loan products, EMI details, and company offerings Generate and follow up on leads for sales and collection teams Maintain accurate call records and customer data Coordinate with branch, sales, and credit teams for closures Handle customer queries professionally and courteously Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets

Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling systems) Ability to handle targets and work under pressure Preferred Skills Telecalling or customer handling experience (Finance background preferred) Clear voice and persuasive communication skills Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
