Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to design and implement advanced multi-agent architectures, productionize AI/ML workflows on AWS, and ensure reliable, scalable system operations. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and ownership of technical workflows from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design multi-agent systems, defining roles such as planner, researcher, retriever, executor, reviewer; define toolboxes, handoffs, memory strategies, and supervisor policies for safe collaboration.
• Build high-quality Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, retrieval, and evaluation (precision, recall, hallucination checks), with guardrails and citations.
• Productionize solutions on AWS using services like Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch/Vector DB, Step Functions, and CloudWatch for tracing and alerts.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps best practices: automate CI/CD (GitOps), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), infrastructure-as-code, secrets/IAM management, blue-green deployments, and rollbacks.
• Establish observability through telemetry instrumentation, dashboards (Grafana/CloudWatch), human-in-the-loop reviews, A/B testing, and continuous evaluation.
• Ensure system reliability at scale using caching, rate-limiting, queueing, idempotency, backoff strategies, and proactive drift detection.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, data, and architecture teams; document designs, SLIs/SLOs, runbooks; communicate progress and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4 – 7 years of experience in technical business analysis, AI/ML systems, or cloud operations.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud-based deployment strategies.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and generative AI workflows.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like Grafana, CloudWatch, and telemetry instrumentation.
• Knowledge of scalable architecture, reliability engineering, and operational best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams in fast-paced environments.
