Job Title: Style Associate (Jewellery Retail)

Job Summary:

A Style Associate uses strong product knowledge and fashion awareness to help customers select the perfect jewellery for every occasion. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an attractive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual sales targets and support Store Managers in meeting store goals.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their needs and preferences.
• Manage store operations including deliveries, order packing, visual merchandising, stock audits, promotions, and markdowns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.
• Handle billing, payments, and cross-selling of additional products.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure high service standards.
• Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Remain active on the sales floor for extended working hours.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (Freshers) or HSC-qualified candidates with minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
