Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, managing daily store operations, and leading a high-performing team. This role involves overseeing inventory, visual merchandising, staff development, and administrative functions to ensure smooth and profitable store operations.

• BLR – Basaveshwar Nagar
• AECS Layout, Brookefield – Whitefield

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve or exceed store targets.
• Oversee daily store operations and prepare operational reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage inventory, including stock ordering, replenishment, audits, and coordination with the warehouse.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor team members.
• Prepare staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor shrinkage and implement loss prevention measures.
• Handle customer and employee issues professionally and resolve complaints effectively.
• Manage store expenses, documentation, checklists, and monthly reports.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• PUC/Intermediate/Diploma with 5+ years of experience in the retail fashion industry
• OR Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager handling a team of 6+ members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
