About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with 3–5 years of strong experience in application development within product engineering organizations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications while contributing to high-performance and scalable products.

As part of our engineering team, you will design, develop, deploy, and own robust applications leveraging Java, Spring Boot, RDBMS, and Kubernetes, ensuring both performance and reliability. If you have a DevOps mindset and love solving complex problems, this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frameworks.
• Build REST APIs, RPC services, and work on microservices-based architectures.
• Implement deployments on Linux environments and manage distributed systems for high availability.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance tuning.
• Write scripts in Python or Bash for automation, deployments, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Work with Kubernetes and containerized deployments to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to optimize and innovate application design.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow SDLC best practices.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in application development.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and RDBMS concepts.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, networking protocols (HTTP, TCP, UDP), microservices, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals – data structures, algorithms, OOPS.
• Experience in Linux-based application development and deployments.
• Excellent communication skills, detail orientation, and problem-solving ability.
• Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Git pipelines).
• Exposure to Vibe coding.
• Experience building Web UI using React, AngularJS, or similar JS libraries.
