Position: Senior Vendor Maintenance Specialist - Allsec Technologies

Allsec Technologies is looking for a Senior Vendor Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Vendor Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring accurate vendor data maintenance, and driving process improvements in vendor management.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and issue resolution.

- Maintain vendor master data in compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Review and validate vendor information, including contracts, invoices, and payment terms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new vendors and update existing vendor records.

- Conduct regular audits of vendor data to identify and rectify discrepancies or inaccuracies.

- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline vendor maintenance operations and enhance efficiency.

- Provide training and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in vendor maintenance or vendor management, preferably in a BPO or IT services industry.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

1. 3 + years of experience in AP

2. Excellent Written & Good Oral Communication Skills no MTI at all

3. Monday to Friday ( 8 AM to 11 PM ) Shift

4. Candidate should have AP (P2P) experience Must

5. Invoice Processing, Vendor Maintenance & Oracle ( Must have Experience )

6. Payment Execution & Payment Set up , Banking Portal Experience, Vendor Set up ( Must have Experience )
