Budget: Up to 18 LPA (1.5 LPA per month)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Rust Developer to work on LLM evaluation and repository validation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Rust, the ability to work with complex codebases, and experience setting up and maintaining software pipelines. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the option to engage as a freelancer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain systems using Rust.
• Perform LLM evaluation and repository validation tasks.
• Set up and manage Git-based workflows, including branching, merging, and code reviews.
• Work with Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Understand and navigate large and complex codebases with efficiency.
• Run, test, and modify real-world projects in local environments.
• Contribute to and/or evaluate open-source projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in software development.
• Strong, demonstrable experience with Rust programming language.
• Proficiency in Git, Docker, and basic CI/CD or pipeline setups.
• Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Prior experience in open-source contributions or evaluation is a plus.

Good to Have

• Exposure to machine learning / LLMs.
• Familiarity with repository analysis and validation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Linux-based environments.
