Senior SEO Specialist

Sprinto is hiring a Senior SEO Specialist to rebuild and scale our organic growth engine.

This is not a maintenance role

- we need someone who can take full ownership, connect SEO directly to revenue, and win visibility across Google, answer engines, and AI search.

What You'll Do:

• Own organic growth metrics: traffic, conversions, pipeline, and revenue

• Diagnose and fix what broke in our organic channel

• Build and execute modern SEO strategy across tech, content, and authority

• Run deep technical SEO audits and ensure fixes are implemented

• Drive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) for AI search, featured snippets, and zero-click results

• Create and scale content that ranks AND converts (not vanity traffic)

• Experiment with AI tools for SEO research, content, and optimization

• Build automation workflows (n8n preferred) for SEO operations

• Create dashboards showing business impact, not just keyword movements

• Stay ahead of SEO, AEO, and AI search trends What You Bring:

• 4-7+ years hands-on SEO experience in B2B SaaS

• Proven track record of owning SEO outcomes and tying them to revenue

• Strong technical SEO skills with practical audit experience

• Understanding of AI search, answer engines, and zero-click optimization

• Experience with AI tools and automation

• Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and accountability

• Builder mindset over "best practices" approach Bonus Points For:
