Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst Lead with proven team leadership experience and 3–6 years in content development, business analysis, consulting, or domain-related projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in structured content handling. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts and coordinate tasks for timely project delivery.
• Develop, review, and validate structured content (TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown).
• Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting for domain-related projects.
• Incorporate LLM performance feedback into training data creation.
• Guide the team in case study writing, academic content, and research assistance tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Track team performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Commit to 40 hours per week and meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in content development, business analysis, consulting, or domain-related projects.
• 2+ years of direct team leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in handling structured file types: TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown.
• Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week and immediate joining capability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience incorporating LLM feedback into training data.
• Prior experience in case study writing, academic content, or research assistance.
