Senior Manager – HR (TA + HR Operations)

Location: Bangalore

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

Experience: 8–10 Years

Team Handling Experience: Managing 6–8 HR team members

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

• Team handling and people management experience

• Employee Lifecycle Management

• Compliance handling & HR Audits

• Bulk hiring and Mid-Senior level hiring expertise

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in multi-location HR management

• MBA HR / PGDM qualification preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Experience from BPO / Fintech / Banking / NBFC / Startup / Service Industry

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes & labor compliance

• Ability to manage hiring pressure and operational targets

• Experience in process improvement and HR reporting

• English + one South Indian language preferred

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
