About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Python Developer with hands-on experience in LLM-driven development, backend systems, and modern software engineering practices. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Python, capable of building scalable applications, debugging complex issues, and ensuring performance, code quality, and maintainability. This is a remote contract-to-hire role with opportunities to work on cutting-edge AI and large language model (LLM) projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based full stack applications with high performance and scalability.
• Apply strong knowledge of Python concepts including ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, and memory management.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python’s testing ecosystem (unit, integration, property-based testing).
• Implement and optimize multi-threading and asynchronous programming to handle concurrency.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to ensure LLM-driven features and solutions are properly integrated.
• Refactor existing codebases to improve maintainability without introducing regressions.
• Debug and resolve complex issues, including memory leaks, concurrency bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Follow best practices for code quality, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders in English (verbal & written).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Python software development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python programming language concepts.
• Proficiency with multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and concurrency handling.
• Experience with architectural design patterns and ability to refactor legacy systems.
• Strong debugging skills with focus on memory management & concurrency issues.
• Practical exposure to unit testing, integration testing, and automated test frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in remote, distributed teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to LLM frameworks / AI model integration.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
• Working knowledge of cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
