We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer to lead and deliver world-class mobile applications. You will work on high-impact, AI-integrated products like EmpMonitor and PowerAdSpy, shaping the technical roadmap while mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Android app development using Kotlin and Java
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and backend teams to define and deliver features
• Implement best practices for app performance, security, and user experience
• Optimize apps for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Integrate REST APIs, SDKs, and analytics tools
• Ensure compliance with Google Play policies and security standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years’ Android development experience (Kotlin & Java)
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack, MVVM, Retrofit, Dagger/Hilt, Room, and Firebase
• Proficient in performance optimization, memory management, and debugging
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks
