Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QT Developer to join our dynamic product development team. The role involves creating high-performance, cross-platform desktop applications with the Qt framework while integrating advanced AI-driven functionalities. This position is ideal for developers who are passionate about building scalable, user-friendly, and innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform desktop applications using Qt Widgets/Qt Quick/QML
• Integrate AI models into applications for user behavior analysis and generating heatmaps for mouse movements and clicks
• Monitor and control network packets, reconstruct data, and block transfers across Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Track and optimize system I/O operations with CPU usage under 3%
• Implement clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and ensure application performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of professional experience in C++ development with strong Qt framework knowledge (Qt5/Qt6)
• Proficiency in GUI development using Qt Widgets or QML
• Strong grasp of OOP, MVC architecture, multithreading, and event-driven programming
• Experience with Git, CMake, or qmake
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
