Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to finance and controlling processes.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions based on business needs.
• Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP FICO modules.
• Prepare and execute test plans including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop functional specifications for system enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as developers and other SAP consultants.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation for end users and support teams.
• Participate in all stages of the SAP project lifecycle including blueprinting, implementation, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and CO-PA.
• Good understanding of financial accounting and controlling business processes.
• Experience in integration of SAP FICO with other modules such as SD, MM, and PP.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Experience in preparing functional design documents, process flows, and test cases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• SAP FICO certification is preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation or migration will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of financial reporting tools and third-party system integrations.
• Understanding of project methodologies such as ASAP or Agile.
