Position: Salesforce Performance Testing Lead

Experience: 5–7 Years

Location: Bangalore

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

Employment Type: Full-Time

Budget: Up to ₹22 LPA

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Performance Testing Lead to validate the scalability, responsiveness, and reliability of Salesforce applications and integrated systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance testing tools, Salesforce platform testing, CI/CD integration, and client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Define performance testing strategy, scope, effort estimation, and non-functional test plans.
• Design and execute load, stress, endurance (soak), and spike testing scenarios for Salesforce applications.
• Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad.
• Analyze response times, throughput, resource utilization, and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Perform API-level performance testing and backend validation using SQL.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Copado.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with root cause analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and performance findings directly with clients and stakeholders.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Salesforce or Performance Testing certifications are an added advantage.
