Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary / CTC: ₹15000 – ₹25,000 per month

Number of Openings: 50 (Female candidates only)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Credit Card, or Real Estate sales

Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Shift & Working Days: General field sales shifts; 6 working days with 1 weekly off (rotational)

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales for HDFC home loan and financial products.
• Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and explain product features.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned locality.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM or tracking tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, documentation, and approvals.
• Work exclusively in core sales (not office work or collections).
• Ensure compliance with company sales processes, quality standards, and regulatory norms.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sales and field negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Bengali/Hindi.
• Customer-focused with the ability to persuade and close deals.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, typing).
• Ability to work independently and in a high-volume, field-based environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in BFSI, home loans, personal loans, business loans, credit cards, or real estate sales.
• Knowledge of the local area and potential client network.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems.
