Job Description: International Admission Counselor

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admission process, from initial contact to final enrollment. You will be responsible for presenting our educational programs virtually, providing expert counseling, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students, assess their educational goals, and provide tailored guidance.
• Conduct virtual presentations to showcase our programs and highlight the benefits of studying with us.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, offering accurate information and addressing concerns.
• Guide prospects from the initial contact phase through qualification and closure.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly admission targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide relevant insights to prospects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in international admissions or educational counseling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work towards metrics-driven goals.
• Experience in study abroad counseling is a plus.
