Sales Executive

• We are hiring motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executives to help students secure education loans for studying abroad.
• You will engage directly with students and their families to understand financial needs and recommend suitable loan options.
• The role includes guiding students throughout the loan application process, from inquiry to final approval.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a smooth experience.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to manage documentation and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining detailed records of interactions and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to students planning to study abroad and require loan assistance.
• Understand their financial background and explain relevant loan products.
• Guide students through the complete loan application process.
• Liaise with financial institutions for loan approval and documentation.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into successful closures.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM or tracking systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum graduation (15 years of education).
• At least 6 months of experience in sales or financial services.
• Excellent English communication skills (Versant level 5 or higher).
• Strong persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
