About the Role

We are looking for an experienced RPA Scripting Developer (Automation Anywhere) with a strong background in developing complex automation workflows, scripting, and enterprise RPA solutions. The candidate should be a certified Automation Anywhere Master Developer with at least 5 years of overall IT development experience, including 3 years in automation. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying automation bots, integrating with multiple applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive automation across banking, financial services, and fintech domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, including task bots and metabots.
• Leverage IQBot for document training, extraction, and automation of unstructured data.
• Develop and consume REST APIs to integrate bots with external applications.
• Manage Control Room components in Automation Anywhere for bot administration and monitoring.
• Work on desktop automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Build and optimize stored procedures, tables, and queries on MSSQL databases.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles in automation development.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and validation of automation workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all automation processes.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Benchmark automation technologies and evaluate emerging tools for organizational adoption.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Automation Anywhere (AA Control Room, Taskbot, Metabot).
• Expertise in IQBot for document-centric processes.
• Hands-on experience in C#, VBScript, JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of MSSQL database scripting and optimization.
• Knowledge of BotInsight for analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, Web Services, and JSON integrations.
• Solid understanding of OOP principles, scripting, and automation best practices.

Functional & Soft Skills

• Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, and Fintech environments preferred.
• Knowledge of RBI regulations, IT audits, and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to Agile methodology and best practices in secure coding and documentation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead without supervision, motivate teams, and influence technical decisions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
