Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager – Hybrid Cloud Management to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of hybrid cloud projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing cloud transformation initiatives involving both on-premises and public cloud environments. The role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and a solid understanding of hybrid cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver hybrid cloud infrastructure and migration projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including cloud architects, infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and organizational standards.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Project Management with exposure to Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of on-premises infrastructure including virtualization, storage, networking, and data centers.
• Experience managing cloud migration and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) are preferred.
• Experience working in enterprise IT infrastructure or cloud transformation programs is an advantage.
