Infosys BPM is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Process Executives to join its dynamic team in Bangalore. The role involves handling customer or technical queries over calls while maintaining excellent communication standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should be proactive, empathetic, and able to deliver quick and effective solutions to client concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer or technical queries via phone calls and provide accurate resolutions within the defined timelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality feedback scores.
• Understand customer inquiries thoroughly and respond with appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Demonstrate empathy, accountability, and ownership while addressing customer concerns.
• Adhere to shift schedules (including night shifts) and work from office as required.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service mindset with empathy and patience.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple queries efficiently.
• Good typing and basic computer skills (MS Office, email, ticketing tools).
• Flexibility to work in rotational/night shifts.
