Outbound Voice Process

We are hiring Outbound Voice Process Executives to join our dynamic team at Taurus Bangalore. Candidates aged between 18 to 30 years, with a minimum qualification of 12th pass, proficient in Hindi and English, are invited to apply. As an Outbound Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and persuading them to make purchases or appointments.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct outbound calls to customers following a prepared script.

- Explain products/services and answer questions from potential customers.

- Obtain customer information and maintain records accurately.

- Achieve daily/monthly targets for sales or appointments.

- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service at all times.

- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.

- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.

- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

- Identify and escalate priority issues as per established protocols.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 12th pass.

- Fluent in Hindi and English.

- Age between 18 to 30 years.

- Proven experience in outbound calling is preferred.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
