Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion SCM modules. - Design, configure, and implement solutions within Oracle Fusion SCM (e.g., Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning). - Conduct functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Create functional design documents (FDDs), test scripts, and end-user training materials. - Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues. - Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, conversions, and reports. - Lead workshops and training sessions for key users and end-users. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives for SCM processes. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant. - Proven experience with full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion SCM modules. - Deep functional knowledge of at least 3-4 key SCM modules (e.g., Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Planning). - Strong understanding of core SCM business processes and best practices. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective system configurations. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities. - Experience with data migration strategies and execution. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. - Oracle Fusion SCM certifications are highly preferred. - Familiarity with project methodologies (e.g., OUM, AIM, Agile). - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management skills. - Proactive and self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality.
