Job Overview:
We are hiring a Mulesoft Tech Lead who will lead integration teams in developing API-led solutions. This role involves hands-on coding, solution design, mentoring, and ensuring adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will balance technical leadership with delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide integration teams in API-led development and orchestration.
- Collaborate with architects and business analysts to define integration solutions.
- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, and system testing.
- Manage delivery timelines, task allocations, and reviews.
- Optimize solutions for performance, security, and scalability.
- Maintain technical documentation and reusable assets.
- Work with stakeholders on deployment and UAT activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Mulesoft Certification (Lead level mandatory).
- Expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, API management, and DataWeave.
- Experience in EDI, SAP, OMS integrations.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- BE/BTech or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
