Job Overview:

We are seeking a Mulesoft Business Analyst who will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires expertise in requirement gathering, Agile delivery, and Mulesoft-driven projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in drafting business requirements, collaborating with architects, and supporting UAT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and developers on solution delivery.
• Conduct workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment to business outcomes.
• Track requirements through the project lifecycle and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Stay updated on Mulesoft and API industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Mulesoft integration projects.
• Knowledge of EDI, APIs, workflow automation, and digital processes.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and requirement management tools.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
