Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Manage databases, schemas, queries, and data optimization using MongoDB.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB database design, queries, and aggregation framework.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and version control best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience with Next.js or other modern frameworks.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
