Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Showroom Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a saree showroom. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in retail, saree, ethnic wear, fashion, or showroom management and should have strong customer handling and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the saree showroom and ensure smooth functioning.
• Handle and guide showroom staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
• Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and assist them in selecting suitable sarees and products.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper display of sarees and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team for stock replenishment.
• Maintain billing, sales records, and daily showroom reports.
• Train and motivate sales staff to improve their performance.
• Monitor competitor activities, customer preferences, and market trends.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the showroom.
• Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in showroom management, retail sales, saree, ethnic wear, fashion, or a related field.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales and team management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
• Candidates with experience in saree or ethnic wear showrooms will be preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
