Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-friendly Billing Executive to manage invoicing and billing operations at our ethnic wear retail store in Hoshiarpur. The ideal candidate should be proficient in billing software, capable of handling transactions accurately, and comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate bills/invoices using POS or billing software
• Handle all payment modes — cash, card, and UPI
• Maintain daily sales records and report any discrepancies
• Assist in managing inventory and stock data in the system
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for all customers
• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth operations
• Address customer queries related to billing and pricing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of billing software (e.g., Tally, Ginesys, or POS systems)
• Familiarity with barcode scanning and printing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, data entry)
• Accuracy and trustworthiness in handling cash
• Fluency in Hindi and Punjabi (preferred), with basic English communication skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred
• Prior experience in retail or apparel billing is an added advantage

Working Hours:

🕙 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
