• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation
• 12th Pass candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Note: B.Tech, BCA, Diploma (Technical/Troubleshooting background) candidates are not eligible
• Age Limit: 18 – 32 years
• Gender: Male & Female

Job Description – Voice Process

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide excellent customer support related to billing, services, and technical queries
• Communicate professionally and clearly with customers
• Resolve customer issues within defined turnaround time
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
• Achieve individual and team performance targets (Quality, Productivity & CSAT)
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
