Internal HR Recruiter

Responsibilities - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition to offer acceptance - Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs and develop robust recruitment strategies - Source and attract qualified candidates using databases, social media, professional networks, and other innovative methods - Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit - Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data and track progress - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future openings - Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition - Advise hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation - Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events Requirements - Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, HR Recruiter, or similar talent acquisition role - Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting techniques - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation methods - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of relevant employment laws and recruitment best practices - Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in internal recruitment, preferably across various departments or industries - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Experience using professional networking tools like LinkedIn Recruiter - Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques - Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
